K	Ky Seli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First meeting was good after that, beware! Everything changes, she promises good communication, unbiased moderation, pay when finished services. My experience was the exact opposite, Tracy was difficult to get a hold of, and frequently didn't follow through on promised communication, "I'll talk to you after I talk to her" didn't hear from her for two weeks. She was exceptionally biased even after ex and I agreed 50/50 she would try to negotiate more in her favour. (ie: "there's $6,000 discrepancy in vehicles, so you just want to overlook that?") During the intake meeting she promised pay half now half when it's done. Apparently done to her is a rough draft. Don't know what other companies cost but willing to look into them after this trainwreck.

They get frustrated when it doesn't all fall into place like a cookie cutter into the template so they can grab the cash and move on, like a bad realtor in many ways. Glorified messenger service with little value for $3500. We had to figure most of everything out on our own anyhow. No help at all in the way of mitigation or mediation to try and get any sort of agreement. Weeks in between communications only to finally meet and have her say the exact same things we talked about last meeting. , i.e didn't even talk to the other party. Or, after making a suggestion, and waiting 3 weeks to hear back, the response is "they said no", no counter offer, nothing. just useless 3 week long messenger service. run away. save your money.

Divorce is never easy, but with Tracy I felt my concerns were heard. Joanne and Tracy do their best to make everyone feel comfortable in what can be a very uncomfortable situation. I would recommend Tracy and her team to anyone going through a separation.

I certainly found this process difficult and draining, and as such would not want to wish it upon anyone. Good can come out of this process though. Tracy and her team at Fairway Divorce Solution offers not just professional service, but a kindness needed at such a difficult time. She is excellent at a job requiring clear communication between two parties, and has a manner that allows for collaboration rather than competition. She admits her limits, and encourages involvement from both parties (the key to good negotiation). She isn't perfect, but as close as any person can be.

For us it was a very quick and easy process since this was a mutual agreement for both and with the help of Tracy navigating this for us it took only a few weeks until we could sign off on final paperwork. Fairway is the way to go without involving lawyers which can be very costly, you only need one to finalize your paperwork and Fairway can help with that as well.
