★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed how rude an employee,a tall lady with blonde shoulder length hair to an asian senior couple, they asked to wrap the glass frame but this lady replied i don't know/understand how you want us to do it with smug look and staring hard at them, theolder couple wrapped the item themselves and lady said ok you wrap it this way, we dont have enough and laughed at them after they left.
