My problem was that they have very little clothing for men and the prices we a little high for that neighborhood. I thought the staff was very friendly. The store needs to do a much better job of publishing its operating hours because it took me five visits before I hit them when open. A crude handwritten sign on the side of the window reads open Tuesday to Friday 10 to 3... Is this right? Who can say.

It's a smaller store but very tidy. You can tell the people here really care about the place. Super friendly and helpful staff. Really liked the selection of children's clothes. I do wish the adult clothing was organized by size, but they are organized by color and style. Cheaper than Value Village and Salvation Army. Worth a look for the savvy thrifter.
M	Miriam Neuman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helping Hands is a sweet little West Kildonan 2nd hand shop right on the corner of Semple and Main in a classic old bank building. Easy parking. Owner was helpful! Definitely give this shop a look see! Just be aware that is it open 10 to 3 and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. While there, I always one stop shop and check out Virginia's Secret Closet, a retail women's clothing store right next door. (like this review if you found it helpful!)

They have a small amount of household items. I found my self a cool cast iron tea pot that I fell in love with. ? They have mostly clothing for woman. A nice little thrift store to check out if you're on Main Street in West Kildonan.
