Sarah Tooke - Premium Fitness Services - Calgary

Sarah Tooke is a CSEP certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience and success in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.  She was born and raised in Amherst, Nova Scotia and credits her small town values and upbringing for helping shape her into the hard working, caring, fun loving and easy going individual she is today.

Her passion for fitness began 25 years ago.  It wasn't through traditional sports though as there was limited opportunities in her small town community.  She was initially introduced to health and fitness through the air cadet program.  She joined at the age of 12 and was a member for 6 years.  She spent numerous, entire summers on various Canadian Force Bases across Canada attending camps specifically on health and fitness which led to her becoming in charge of administering her home squadron's fitness testing and leading their sports nights and sports meets with other squadrons. 

Afterwards, as a young adult without a lot of career opportunities, she decided to move out west to start a new life.  Shortly after that, her passion for health and fitness was  re-ignited when she starting working out at the gym.  She loved how it made her look and feel and it gave her a confidence and strength she had never experienced before.  It led to her enrolling at Red Deer College in 2006 so that she could could help others reap the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle too.  At RDC she received a Health and Fitness Promotion Diploma and her CSEP CPT certification.  Since then she has continued to expand her knowledge and has grown to become one of Calgary's best personal trainers.  She holds numerous certifications and is constantly taking new courses. When not training clients Sarah enjoys a wide variety of activities including golfing, hiking, indoor rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding, cross country skiing ,skiing, swimming, surfing and indoor skydiving.
