★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time home buyers beware. Sarah failed to provide vital information to our family which cost us a great deal of financial hardship. Word of advice - Do not put your clients on hold to put your children to bed... while they're signing the biggest contract of their life. They need your full support at all times. Not to mention the disorganization dealing with her. When we expressed our concern towards her lack of information provided , her attitude was even more unsupportive. Bombarding us with emails highlighted with the information she missed to verbally tell us. This was a major thing, and we did our best to know everything before hand but, as a first time buyer we didn't know everything and trusted out broker would guide us. Guess not.
By the end we just wanted it over with and to move on. I'm writing this so others dont have to go through what we did as a family. Awful experience.
