★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Par moment, les commis, un peu trop tire-au-flanc pour s’assurer de la conformité de l’affichage en succursale et, la SAQ n’étant pas soumise à la politique d’exactitude des prix comme le reste des commerces au Québec, c’est le parfait cocktail pour des situations pour le moins… contrariantes. Mais ils sont tellement sympathiques qu’on ne peut que leur pardonner…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette succursale n’est pas celle ou je vais le plus souvent, car le choix est très limité, par contre ce qui me faisait y retourné était le service et conseil très chaleureux, jusqu’à ce qu’une préposée y débarque. Je n’ai jamais eu un service aussi peu cordiale dans une SAQ, elle est hautaine, infantilisante, méprisante. Quand tu n’aime pas travailler avec le publique, il faut trouver autre chose, ce n’est pas les offres d’emploi qui manque?
Je vais définitivement faire un détour la prochaine fois à moins d’être vraiment mal pris.
This branch is not the one I go to most often, because the choice is very limited, but what made me go back was the very warm service and advice, until an attendant showed up. I have never had such unfriendly service in an SAQ, it is haughty, infantilizing, contemptuous. When you don't like working with the public, you have to find something else, aren't job offers missing?
I'm definitely going to take a detour next time unless I'm in really bad shape.
