Toutefois, le commis à la caisse de la Société des alcools succursale Plaza Laval - C'est lui qui est là la plupart du temps sur semaine, un homme dans la trentaine 5'8" pieds environ cheveux foncés - aime bien faire sentir son importance et montrer que c'est lui "Le patron". Il continue de jaser comme si de rien n'était avec une autre employée alors que nous sommes à côté de lui et qu'on attend à la caisse. Les employés de la SAQ ont des conditions de travail blindées et ça paraît. En résumé, service à la clientèle médiocre. They have very good quality wines.
