★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great set of trails just a short drive from KW. There are two sections to the this trail network seperated by the road. The south side is much bigger and is pretty easy to get lost in with lots of side trails. Highly recommended you come prepared hike longer than you think and bring a phone with Google maps to check which way you are heading. Would be 5 stars if the trails were marked a bit better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful trails, lots of twists and turns and places to explore. Not too busy. Very peaceful. Some pretty cool old ruins to be found and structures made from the forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandy Hills is always a wonderful place for "forest bathing". It is quiet and has good walking paths and is perfect for folks who don't want a hike but just a lovely walk in the woods. There are a couple of trails to choose from. Dog walking is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice wide, well marked trail. I prefer walking here in the summer, where birds are plentiful and entertain us with their songs.
The only negative we took away from yesterday's hike is the copious amount of dog and horse poo.
