I sat down with the Sands' representative and went over my options. He went over everything that was expected to happen, what my duties were, and the time frames that were expected. Also they were the only trustee not to have the first step being to sell my home.
After declaring, they were supportive in assisting with reporting requirements, and any questions that I had, I could always get timely answers from a contact person. I am currently still in the process of repaying the loan for my equity portion of my home. All in all, it has been a relatively painless process thanks to Sands & Associates.

He was very understanding of our circumstances and new exactly what was needed to help. I have been dealing with John and Deane throughout this process and they have been supportive and knowledgeable about every concern and insecurities i had with my finances. They took care of everything, and took the time to tell me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it in the most unjudgemental ways which i really appreciated. If you have money problems and you just need help like I did these are the people to talk to.

My CRA debt was huge and I was drowning in debt all the debtors told me there was nothing I could about it but Sands with one phone call alleviated all my stress and money worries
