★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandra and her team do not know how to do business. Our tax return had been taking longer than we've ever had to wait with any other accountant. We e-mailed all our documents again, hoping maybe she felt it wasn't complete yet. We asked her to contact us in the e-mail. Nothing. We called. No return call. We e-mailed again. No response. This is over a couple weeks. We gave them plenty of time to get back. Now I call every day, leave a message and still no return call. This isn't how you run a business. This is bad business.
I do not recommend this accountant team. Perhaps they do good work once they finally get it done, but the absurd lack of communication and regard in the fact that I am paying interest every day they ignore me is inexcusable.
Stay far away.

Well I am proud to say that after finding Sandy Schofield, I don't need to search any longer! Her office is welcoming, things are done on time, her fees are very reasonable and I feel like our finances are in better hands. Thank Sandy and all the staff for all the good work.
