★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pre-sale unit in Elements from this developer and have had nothing but issues with them repairing their deficiencies. I have had this unit since August and have had to have inside doors replaced, cabinets removed for replacement and re-painting (which I still don't have since the move in inspection in August), and not one but two cracks in the walls. Customer Service is terrible, receiving a response takes months and when they do chose to do some work, it gets completed poorly and with long lengthy delays. Their workmanship is poor and then you are dealing with them all over again to have someone attend to fix their poor repair job. I was advised that deficiencies aren't supposed to be rectified until the end of one year and them coming throughout the year is a courtesy - so they expect you to wait until then and live with the defects. This building is also not accessible (which I was advised when I purchased this unit would be disability accessible) nor secure due to poor design. I would never purchase from Sandhill ever again or recommend any of their projects.
