★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Gym, Friendly, Helpful Staff, Trainers and Patrons including Body Builders. Lots of Space, Lots of Aerobic Machines, Treadmills, Bicycles, Stair Climber, Ellipticals. Great that they have Non Incline Ellipticals for people with Injured Knees. Stretching Area. Lots of Hand Weights and All Types of Weight Machines. Windows Open for Ventilation.
Stairs Up to Gym. Lots of Free Parking at Rear of Building. Towels and Locks offered at Entrance. Free Wi-Fi with Password. Free Pass for 1 Week then Pay per Month with No Contract.
