Downside is it's usually really busy and kids take over the place with little oversight or direction from staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service tonight. The pool was full. So we couldn’t go in. There are no time limits for patrons inside but the ones waiting outside have no clue how long they have to wait. Does that seem fare to taxes payers. A Poor system that I had ask for clarity on. Yes I had to ask why, not the customer service rep that all the tax paying citizens of langley pay the wage off, telling me.
WC Blair needs new management. Please.

I get the covid thing. And not making lite of the issue.
But, come on.
Zoom in. I’m legit jealous of the one guy in there.
Just rockin lane 4 like he owns the place.
(I can laugh at it , but some people might not.)
Suggestion for wc Blair:
Try to use the judgement of the staff.
Been going to this pool for a while and it’s a good place . But 3 people, is not capacity.
And yes, I went online after. It was booked.
Hence the suggestion of employees judgment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the pool. Love the instructor for the baby swimming classes. Taylor is fun, caring, and understanding. I wish the pool was a little warmer and the place a little less drafty. Enjoying summer swimming lessons here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is open, but it is under renovation in some areas of the rec center. It does not impact the operation of the pool. Gym is closed.
The water here is warmer than at other larger pools. It is clean and comfortable place. Change rooms are for men, women, and families. The hot tub is nice and relaxing.
