★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time up at Sand Lake campground and I have to say I had a fantastic experience. My friends and I rented out one of the cabins and not only was the cabin very clean and spacious but the fishing on the lake was so great! Would highly recommend as a nice relaxing vacation for friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of four of us rented one of the chalets this past weekend, and was quite happy with it. Very clean and spacious with lots of amenities. Upper decks off of each bedroom, two beds in each room. Nice back deck with a barbecue and big lawn with firepit. Extremely nice and friendly owners. Tons of fish in Lake, great fishing spot. Will be back for another relaxin
lakeside getaway and would really recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first phone call to the last departure everything was great. We were met by the manager on our arrival and shown to our camp site. We had a great lakeview. The location is fabulous. From this location we were able to visit the local sights that were close by. This spot is fairly central to the Rideau Canal area. There are lots of local attractions to visit. Moore's Falls and the Davis Lock are only a few minutes away either by car or boat. These are must visits to step back in time and marvel at the engineering that went into building this canal in the wilderness almost 2 centuries ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Sand Lake Campground & Cottages in June. The Chalet was very clean and the owners were very helpful the entire weekend. We caught enough fish for our beer battered fish fry and some delicious fish tacos! I would definitely recommend staying here with your friends & family as the lake is so beautiful in the morning.
