She is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thinks of every little detail so that you know exactly what will be going on. She is the owner, but she's more like your wedding planner. She even offers rehearsals for free, the day before your wedding. I can't stress enough how much we loved Sanctuary Gardens!

From the moment we arrived, Kirsten made us feel so welcomed, and she even took a few surprise photos of us during our ceremony. The view was truly stunning, very peaceful and private. We even had a few deer off in the distance watching us, right out of a Disney movie!

The owner, Kirstin, puts her heart and soul into her business and home. Not only is it the most picturesque venue I have ever seen (and as a professional wedding photographer, I have seen A LOT), but you truly feel different as soon as you enter the gates; blessed, clear, captivated and just plain, "in awe". There really is nothing like it. Kirstin is extremely organized, making sure everything is perfect before every wedding. She is easy to get in touch with and takes time with each and every one of her couples. We highly recommend Sanctuary Gardens to any couple looking for an intimate wedding venue; it is impossible not to fall in love with it :)

Kirstin was nothing but communicative, attentive and accommodating the entire way through. It is evident this is more than just a business to her; she puts her heart and soul into this sacred space. We had the most amazing day in this beautiful space and all of our guests could not believe how gorgeous it was in person.

Feeling nostalgic, we asked if we could stop by yesterday on our anniversary. Another wedding was booked later that day but the owner said “sure, come over a few hours before”. The place is even nicer now than when we got married as a beautiful enclosed portion has been added with bathroom facilities. The landscaping and natural beauty of the area have been lovingly thought through to create a magical and memorable setting. Uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains. So magical! We enjoyed some wine and cheese we had brought and although it was very windy outside, enjoyed a beautiful walk down memory lane. I can’t think of a more perfect place to celebrate our love ?

Her kind personality, chill nature and her expertise sets the tone for an amazing day. From the moment we met Kirstin at her "Sanctuary", we knew we hit the jackpot! Such a beautiful spot with incredible views. With not having a wedding planner Kirstin ensured our day was perfect, helping make sure our rehearsal and ceremony went on without a hitch! Most of our guests were from out of town and they were at "awe" with how beautiful this property was. Kirstin truly has a special place in sanctuary gardens. We highly recommend Sanctuary Gardens for your ceremony!

The little details are all just right, down to the inscriptions of words of love in the stonework of the gazebo, so that you’re “surrounded by love” during the ceremony. Pride of ownership is present in every aspect of the property, which is immaculately kept, while still having a rustic feeling. Speaking of ownership, Kirstin is lovely, and she goes out of her way to ensure that everything goes smoothly during the ceremony. Even going as far as being one of our witnesses as it was just the two of us coming! We really couldn’t have imagined the day being any more perfect, in no small part made possible by this venue! Thank you for keeping in touch with us throughout this year in arranging our chosen date for our elopement. We appreciated all of the guidance and assistance the day before and on our wedding day you provided. The venue is stunning and the immediate feeling you get when you arrive is calmness. You can tell there is so much love going into the surroundings which is why it makes for the perfect place to get married. Kirstin, the owner, was lovely to work with and was very responsive in communicating with us during our planning process. We can't wait to come back for a visit one day!
