Amanda and her family run this beautiful venue tucked into their family farm. I worked two weddings there this year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a farm/rustic feel in Kelowna! It has been one of my favorite venues to work this summer!

We got married on July 30, 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic. Amanda, Nadene, and Rob were incredible throughout all the different adversities faced during our planning. They were compassionate, understanding, patient and professional as the restrictions appeared to change every day. We had altered our wedding to a very small, intimate setting with our closest family and friends and ended up having the most special day. Brook & Barn followed all Covid-19 protocols and were excellent with keeping us up to date on the daily changes/challenges. So thank you to the Casorso's for being so amazing! Highly recommend Brook & Barn for all your wedding needs.

The brook & barn hosted our daughter's wedding this past weekend. The venue is truly stunning in this rural farm like setting. It is the perfect place to host an outdoor wedding with outdoor ceremony and party. Amanda and her family were excellent in looking after all of our needs and assisting us with all the important details. Our guests loved the venue and it made for a perfect wedding day for Jess and Kasey!

Brook and Barn is an absolutely stunning venue with so much character and endless photo backdrops! The heritage building are beautiful and rustic, the reception barn and dance room has the same vintage flare, but with a modern feel as well. The orchard and vineyard could not be more perfectly situated, with a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. Amanda and her family clearly take so much pride in their homeland and venue.

This is a beautiful piece of property with old antique buildings and well groomed grounds. A perfect place to have a wedding. This location has been featured in at least one movie and if you go see it you will know why. I am sure the number of ideas on how you could use and enjoy this property for a possible up coming event, will only be limited by your imagination.

We got married at Brook & Barn on May 28, 2022 and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue for our special day! It is a beautiful private property with a creek running through it, incredible heritage buildings, and most importantly, a stunning open-air barn where we had our dinner/reception. The venue owners, Nadene and Amanda, doubled as wedding coordinators, and were so amazing to work with. Not only were they organized, flexible, and extremely detail-oriented as we progressed through the wedding planning process, they are also genuinely some of the most kind and caring people you will ever meet. They were heavily involved in all aspects of our wedding, including table and decor set up (which looked fabulous!!!), day-of coordination with vendors, ceremony queuing, and sooo much more. By the end of our wedding, they both felt like family. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful our wedding was, and I attribute a lot of that to Amanda and Nadene. Brook & Barn is a hidden gem when it comes to wedding venues in the Okanagan, but not for long! If you're searching for a private venue that provides flexibility, lots of green space, beautiful scenery, and an amazing venue team, look no further!!!

We worked with Amanda and Nadene in planning our August 2021 (originally 2020) Kelowna wedding. They went above and beyond to reassure us through the ups and downs, planning and re-planning of our big (smaller) day! They were responsive, organized, and ensured the day went smoothly (even if that included grabbing their own kitchen knives to saber champagne!) My husband and I were so blessed to be able to get married at Brook & Barn in Kelowna in August 2021. We don't currently live in Kelowna and when we were in town we looked at the standard hotel, winery and golf course venues but what we both really dreamed about was a rustic outdoor venue that also had all the beauty that people flock to Kelowna for - the views, the fruit and the WINE! We struck absolute gold when it came to Brook & Barn... and that was before we had the pleasure of getting to know Amanda and Nadene! First of all... if you haven't gone for a tour of the venue... You absolutely must. They have a number of locations that they recommend for ceremony sites. We personally chose to have our wedding ceremony in front of their beautiful historic bunkhouse and then we hosted our reception in their open air barn, also on the property. It was so amazing to be able to stay in one location for the entire event. We were surrounded by gorgeous fruit trees, the guests played lawn games between the two events and they pulled out some rustic wagons to add to the decor. Now lets get to the true gems of Brook & Barn... Amanda and Nadene. I literally could not love them more. They were the best part of this venue. When you book with Brook & Barn you get these absolute dream ladies to help you make your dream come true. Nobody can know a venue better ... than if you have lived there for generations. They knew what would work well and had suggestions for things when they thought things wouldn't work well. Amanda brings a wealth of experience in event management from her previous career in Vancouver. When I say that she is SOOO organized... it made my heart sing. As an ICU nurse with a type A personality myself... planning a wedding from a distance during a pandemic was honestly a perfect storm of what would drive me crazy... but it was totally fine, thanks to Amanda. Amanda asked lots of questions to ensure that my vision was clear and many of them I hadn't thought of prior to her bringing it up... which allowed for our day to go off without a hitch. Nadene was also incredibly friendly and wonderful to work with. The Casorso family was always so flexible and welcoming to my partner and I whenever we needed anything and they were always accomodating to ensure we could be on the property to meet with vendors when needed. Amanda and Nadene and the whole team at Brook & Barn worked together to ensure our day went off without a single hitch. From parking to decor to dealing with vendors... we couldn't have done it without them. We have to give a shout out to Rob Casorso, as well. Such a hardworking guy who I imagine is working day and night to keep up with that amazing property and all the farming... He went out and mowed the lawns in the orchard and grape vines before our wedding so that my husband and I would have beautiful photos (which was no small task). He loaded my husband, myself and our photographer into his pick-up truck and drove us up and around the property to snap photos. He knows that property better than anyone else and he took us to locations for photos that took our breath away. Due to covid restrictions we had to move our dance floor at the reception out onto the lawn next to the barn. His pristine lawn was a little flattened from the dance party of the year and he just took it all in stride! What a fabulous guy!
