The worst people in Canada to deal with. Don't buy them if you can especially their warranty. They will frustrates you and reduce you to no human. I have been battling this people for months to replace a fridge they sold to me barely 3 months it stops working. Their technician came and said it is non reparable since then till today I have placed more than 100 calls to them only to hear at the end we will escalate the case number. Since Winter ❄️ they still escalating it till now which is summer and nothing came out of it. Greedy cooperation reaping innocent citizens off. I have reported it to the cbc news and global hopefully their attention will be reached.

Promised a pair of ear buds to encourage me to buy the s21 phone but i never received them. Further communication with samsung and they told me they would not give them too me even though i was entitled to them! Samsung is a joke and a scab of a company!

I purchased a brand new samsung gas stove. It turned out that a week before I bought the stove someone else had purchased the stove taken it home. They plugged the stove in an realized their was a problem with the stove. They contacted samsung and had a warranty ticket opened to get the stove fixed. The following date they returned the stove to the store without ever using it and before samsung could fix it. When I got the stove home and found the problem I contacted samsung to get the stove fixed. They refused to fix the stove because someone else had called first to have the stove fixed. I ended up paying a samsung repair person over $300.00 to get the stove fixed because they wouldn't close the warranty ticket that had been opened and would not open a 2nd one. Once again samsung will use any excuse not to fix their products. I ran into the same sort of excuse from samsung a few years ago in regards to a television se. The store I purchased the stove from has now offered to cover the cost of the repair. Last samsung item of any sort that I buy

Washer constantly has issues, dryer crapped out after only 18 months. Warranty only good for 12 months. What a waste of money.

How can a company like Samsung make the following claim regarding their activewear: "1. Galaxy Watch Active has ISO 22810:2010 certification for 5ATM rating of 50 meters (165 feet) under specific conditions. This means that both devices are safe to wear while walking in the rain or showering, and may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. However, the Galaxy Watch should not be used for scuba diving, water-skiing, or other activities involving high-velocity water or submersion below shallow depth." only to have the product fail when used according to guidelines and then dismiss clients inquiries about fixing or replacing the product... shows complete disrespect for clients and please do not claim that your product can be used when swimming, when it really can't! My husband went swimming for 10 mins with the watch on, and we felt it was ok, as when I purchased it, I was clear I was looking for a watch that could be used when swimming, but the watch failed right after the swimming activity. Please stop misleading your clients!

Samsung customer service is the worst service I have ever met in my life. I purchased a brand new fridge used only 4 years, the fridge has a cooling problem which Samsung can not fix it under the warranty time. Samsung want to take back the fridge and pay less than half price to me. Their staff tried to force me to sign the agreement which I never agreed with. I really regret that I purchased the Samsung products!!!

Our dishwasher is 3 years old, the control panel is unresponsive and it started to constantly turn on and off on it's own. Apparently a common problem in the dishwashers because of the design allows steam to get into the control panel. When we called Samsung about the issue they were no help. No warranty because we are not the person who originally bought the unit when our apartment was first purchased and it doesn't transfer over to us? clearly they don't stand by their product at all. Now we have to replace a basically brand new dishwasher, we will be going with a different brand %100 DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG

Worst tv s you can buy. They are not smart. They only allow Samsung apps. Most third party apps and external cloud drives won't work. I bought a Sony and everything worked. Truly smart TV. I will never purchase another Samsung. Horrible company
