He is excellent at explaining your options and always stresses value when making recommendations, while still recognising cost is a factor.
His knowledge of electrical code and new products has allowed him to provide me with great outside-the-box solutions to problems I didn't even know I had.
He is professional, friendly, with great communication and follow up, so when things aren't going as planned (construction never seems to), you aren't left wondering how/if/when those issues will be resolved.
He does great quality work, and isn't finished until the job is done right, and I have yet to require a second inspection on any of the work he has done for me.
Most important to me is knowing that when I call Sam for a job, or have questions, I am getting Sam, not whoever happens to get dispatched out that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I can say that we've done a good bit of business with Sam with no hesitation or second thoughts. Sam did extensive electrical upgrades to our new home, he was pleased to accommodate our every request.
We were having our floors replaced and the person we had scheduled to do the job ended up with COVID. We were in a corner; we needed kitchen cabinets before the floors could be installed! Sam to the rescue!
Sam is also just a really nice man.
It's been a pleasure doing business with Sam Brisson Ltd.
