Until I met Joleen!
She too espouses the concepts of love, kindness, acceptance, and something missing in most counselling practices; the science of the brain.
Her combination of love based and science informed interventions proved to be the most effective counselling I have ever experienced.

she gives guidance while allowing you to talk/say everything you want to. I always leave feeling my very best. She can be busy, but i have never had a problem getting in. She is very accommodating to everyone including for those who may work during the week as she has some later spots open and some weekend spots open as well. Having been to multiple counsellors in the chilliwack area Joleen is by far the best I recommend her to every one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joleen has helped me tremendously since I started seeing her! Counselling usually takes place in a cold, unwelcoming office, but her sessions are quite different. She provides a cozy, safe place to share your words without effort. She also has a lot of knowledge on a different style of healing...perspective and positive thinking. I love this because I was feeling pressured from other therapists (and society) to just start some kind of medication. Another amazing thing that Joleen did for me after I moved out of the city was continue sessions over FaceTime. This is very handy in times of a pandemic!! I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Joleen. 10/10! Cheers!
