★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really nice surprise to find that every Saturday is seniors day at the Salvation Army store on Ellis Street. And you qualify if you are 55 and over. ? Fun store to shop through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sally Ann is one of my go to Thrift Shops. I find any location of theirs to be clean and tidy. They have raised their prices recently , as Value Village is their biggest competition, but with one huge difference. Value Village is for profit. Salvation Army's profits go into programs, services, food and housing for Homelessness, Drugs, Alcohol and Mental Health individuals in our society. They do excellent work and I always give to them at Christmas time. We need more of these kinds of agencies out there because of the growing need.

If there was a zero star option I would have chosen it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's finally re-opened after covid 19. It was nice to finally be able to browse their merchandise again and make some small purchases of items we thought we could not live without. We were happy to see the smiling faces of the nice people working there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some strange reason these people decided to make up their own rules For Covid 19 which was all back packs had to stay outside the store. Its an absolute ludicrous rule but still they stand by it even today March 27th. There isn't a single other store that has this as a rule. Women that have purses though are perfectly fine but a back back slightly larger has to stay outside the store. Someone please explain to me the logic behind this. Btw ladies. The CDC just announced Covid was a hoax and of all the fatalities world wide....94% of them were the flu, pneumonia, heart disease or some other lung infection. 94% were a lie. How long are you going to play along for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't shop there anymore. I drive a motorcycle in the summer and last time was told to leave my back pack outside on the sidewalk. It's not allowed inside. If you allow women to carry a purse inside then men should be allowed a bag as well.
