★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Asian lady is absolutely rude and condescending! I don’t think people with her nature should be working in public sectors that are there to help people. I’ve never had a decent interaction with this woman and from the sounds of some of these reviews, I’m not alone. Please consider removing her or at least the attitude.
