★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked kimchi but after having tried Salty Cabbage Kimchi, I now LOVE kimchi. I've made kimchi pancakes, kimchi fried rice and kimchi noodles. I'll eat this kimchi over rice and I'm a happy girl. This is the best kimchi I've ever had and I highly recommend trying it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found these guys on Instagram and decided to order 4L cabbage kimchi for delivery. I left the tub out at room temperature for two days to mature. I can honestly say that it's one of the best kimchi available in Vancouver. I usually just make my own because I'm never content with the ones you can buy from the stores, but these guys will be my go-to for kimchi from now on. Authentic and delicious. Will need to order more soon because my 4L tub is already half gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was never a fan of kimchi until I tried Salty Cabbage's line of kimchis! Their classic kimchi and radish kimchi are my favourites but I've also shared the white kimchi with friends that can't handle spicy food! So yummy in grilled cheese sandwiches and fried rice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing kimchi, its so much better than store-bought. Very authentic, home-style. We are going through it so fast I think we will have to order it more often. By the way the vegan original kimchi is just as good as non-vegan. The delivery service is convenient and reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few jars of their different types of kimchi so far : cilantro, classic vegan and white vegan kimchi. They are all absolutely fabulous in flavour. I’ve tried so many different vegan kimchis before but salty cabbage has THE BEST kimchi by far. Perfect balance of sweet, sour and salty. Highly recommend them!
