Fresh in your Fridge

Wow! I can't say enough good stuff about FIYF. This has been lifechanging for me. As a single working mom, it's such a load off my shoulders to free up 1-2 hours every evening of prepping dinner/cleaning up, not to mention the mental load of meal planning. I get to spend more time with my kids, and I'm a different kind of mom during that time too, because I'm stress-free! On top of that, to have the peace of mind that my family is being fed well-rounded meals composed of nutrient-rich whole foods (they literally purchase all their ingredients from Whole Foods!) with the highest quality ingredients... it's priceless. (Okay I totally sound like a commercial now lol) Also, my family has some dietary restrictions, and it's so wonderful to be able to eat our favourite foods worry-free, knowing my personal chef has adjusted for our sensitivities. But for most consumers, the biggest questions are probably taste and pricing. Well the taste is amazing. My kids gobble up foods they normally don't even like and ask for more! My daughter raved about how she'd never seen pesto pasta that was sooo creamy. I took a bite of our almond-crusted chicken the other night and I literally couldn't believe how flavorful it was. I seriously sitting there contemplating, how could a simple chicken dish taste THIS good? Pricing-wise... Well, the service is not cheap but definitely fair considering what you receive (delivery, customized meals, premium ingredients). I receive the 8 meal package, and 2 portions is enough for me and my 2 daughters (with leftovers!) so we are able to spread our meals across 4 days. When I think of the money I used to spend ordering takeout from DoorDash 5-6x a week (on meals that were definitely not as healthy), it's totally worth it!

We worked with FIYF for a few months and had a great experience. The management was incredibly professional and supportive to our needs and our chef, Rina, was superb. She understood our dietary needs of gluten-free and dairy-free and executed things beautifully. She even labelled which meals each week were freezer-friendly to make things easy for us. Great service I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for holistic meal support in Vancouver or surrounding areas!

We started fresh in your fridge when our baby arrived. It was so nice to have fresh healthy meals delivered to the house, and ready to go in the fridge. They have lots of options for amount of food and how often it comes, and you have your own private chef so everything is catered to your tastes and dietary preferences. We worked with both chef Luc and Fenny and had great experiences with both of them. Highly recommend this service!

This is a great meal delivery service. I’ve used other meal delivery services before in Ontario and California and out of all of them Fresh in Your Fridge has been my favorite. They’re very friendly people and they’ve even gone beyond the call to accommodate me on certain things. My chef at FIYF Fenny surprises me every week with a variety of great tasting meals catered to my taste preferences and health goals. She even stays in contact with me throughout the week to get feedback on how I’m enjoying the food and any changes I’d like to see made on future meals, and tho I know she cooks for more clients than just myself, she makes me feel like she’s my own personal chef. Very attentive to every little detail. If you couldn’t already tell I definitely recommend this meal service.

We’ve been using FYIF services for just under a year and it has made such a big difference in our lives! The meals are great, super convenient, and above all, has really given us the gift of time. Rather than spending time in the kitchen, my husband and I now have so much more time for each other, and for our little one! Our chefs are great at accommodating our food requests, and communication is always a breeze with the FYIF team. In recent months, they’ve switched to reusable glassware, which is always a great initiative to see from a business. We couldn’t recommend them more!

I love Fresh in your Fridge! They really care about their clients and make sure the service is working for them. The chefs are very accommodating with food preferences and the food is delicious! I love how I'm eating more variety of foods than I'd cook for myself and that it all meets my dietary preferences.

I've been using Fresh in your Fridge for almost a year now and it's been great! Everyone has been lovely, and the food has been delicious! I enjoy cooking and I know how to meal plan, but I also know that I just don't have the time and energy to successfully do that in a healthy way multiple times a day everyday. It's been so nice to just list my dietary requirements and taste preferences and have someone take some of that work off my plate.
