★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my son’s first time at a hairdresser. He is 3 1/2 yo. He was scared and didn’t want to sit in the chair. The haidresser told me to hold him in my arms and started cutting his hair right away with a clipper (my son’s has never had his hair cut with a clipper). She barely spoke with him and didn’t even ask me how i wanted his hair cut. My son went from long hair to really short. I was afraid that she was going to cut my hair in the process since he was clinging to me during the whole process. I know today’s was going to be a challenge but i thought in a kid’s specialized place, they would be more understanding and have tricks to make the process easier. I will not come back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for what you get (around 30$ for a basic men haircut). The service was rude and they don't seem to care about the way they treat customers. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude by receptionist, rude rude rude! Why spend money at a salon when you are greeted, and spoken to in such a horrible manner? The woman refused to attempt to understand english, and then when I spoke to her in my anglophone french, she got even more aggressive! Dear Salon owners, if you want to attract new clients, you may post as many ads as you wish - but with a rude woman to greet prospective clients .. there is no point.
Signed, never will give this salon a cent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really really enjoyed my experience with them. First of all, they took my sister and I without an appointment it still managed to do the appointments already set for that time. We had our nails done, with acrylic and shellac gel. They did an amazing job, they would ask us if what they did was okay, asked us if we wanted shorter or longer. Just overall a great service, and definitely going back. The two women we got were very detailed oriented, they would make sure everything in the nails were perfect and just made our nails look amazing. Honestly, a 5 star well deserved.
Also, the price was very good, it was 45$ plus 5$ for your own nail filer buffer because of covid regulations, but really great for the result you get.
