Un jour, nous promenant en auto, j’ai vu «Toilettage Toutou-Matou» et j’ai pensé que cela semblait un endroit sympathique pour notre chat «Buddy» qui a eu 20 ans le 23 février 2018. J’ai ensuite lu les commentaires à l’Internet (tous bons). Puis Buddy a eu besoin d’une coupe de griffes et de se faire enlever des «mottons». J’ai donc appelé au Toilettage et c’est Mme Sophie qui a répondu. Cette dame est aussi charmante au téléphone qu’en personne. En entrant au Toilettage on y ressent une bonne atmosphère, c’est propre, sympathique et charmant. Ce qui m’a le plus impressionnée était le respect que témoignait Mme Sophie envers Buddy. Elle ne s’est guère précipitée pour le sortir de sa cage. Elle lui a laissé le temps de se familiariser avec l’endroit, de lui parler en douceur, et ceci a calmé Buddy. Elle lui a coupé les griffes et lui a enlevé les mottons tout en lui parlant, à nouveau, en douceur. Notre Buddy a maintenant une nouvelle «ma tante» ;) à Lavaltrie. Nous recommandons avec enthousiasme ce Toilettage à tous. Un endroit à l’écoute de notre «fur baby». Ce fut notre premier rendez-vous et non le dernier! Merci madame Sophie. Pierre et Lorraine (2018-08-07) In April 2018, we moved from Montreal to Lavaltrie. One day, while driving around in the car, I saw “Toilettage Toutou-Matou” and I thought that it seemed a nice place for our cat “Buddy” who turned 20 on February 23, 2018. I then read comments to the Internet (all good). Then Buddy needed a claw cut and some "clods" removed. So I called Grooming and it was Ms. Sophie who answered. This lady is as charming on the phone as she is in person. When you enter the Toilettage you will feel a good atmosphere, it is clean, friendly and charming. What impressed me the most was Ms. Sophie's respect for Buddy. She hardly rushed to get him out of his cage. She gave him time to familiarize himself with the place, to talk to him gently, and this calmed Buddy. She cut off his claws and removed the clods while talking to him, again, gently. Our Buddy now has a new "my aunt";) in Lavaltrie. We enthusiastically recommend this Grooming to everyone. A place to listen to our "fur baby". It was our first date and not the last! She was great on cutting my dog's claws, she succeeded with the help of my partner cutting my dog's claws at other shows and there were four of them, there was a lot of difficulty.

Même si elle avait la bougeotte, Sophie a réussi a lui faire son premier toilettage comme si elles se connaissaient depuis des lustres. On voit que Sophie dore les animaux. Elle prend le temps de les apprivoiser, de jouer avec eux. Les lieux sont très propres. Quand mon chum est allé chercher Léa, elle se promenait dans le salon, comme si elle était chez-elle. Je vous la recommande fortement. Mille mercis Sophie pour ta grande patience et ton professionnalisme. xxx My little Léa (3 month old Yorkshire) had her first haircut last week with Sophie. Even though she was on the move, Sophie managed to do her first grooming as if they had known each other for ages. We see that Sophie gilds the animals. She takes the time to tame them, to play with them. The places are very clean. When my boyfriend went to look for Léa, she was walking in the living room, as if she was at home.
