Très déçu du service, j’ai bien l’impression que ce commerce ne restera pas ouvert bien longtemps. Je ne suis pas la seule à qui ce genre de situation est arrivé à ce salon de toilettage. La technique du hamac utiliser est tout simplement parfaite ? aucune souffrance ni tiraillements avec l animal. Le personnel est à l écoute et agis en concéquance des caprices de pitou!! Mon seule regret, ne pas y avoir été avant!! Bozo et chika adore leur nouveau spa!! A simple claw cut on my doggies has always been hell for both my dogs and the groomer ... until I discovered this living room !!! The hammock technique to use is simply perfect - no pain or tugging with the animal. The staff are attentive and act in accordance with the whims of pitou !! My only regret, not having been there before !! Bozo and chika love their new spa !!

Ayant de jeunes enfants, j'aime être informée s'il y a un contre-temps et que cela occasionne du retard dans le toilettage de mon chien. 4H30 pour un toilettage qui prend habituellement 2h00 ailleurs, je dois dire que j'ai trouvé cela énorme d'autant plus que j'ai un chien anxieux. J'ai remarqué que les employés font passer les appels et les coupes-griffes pendant le toilettage de l'animal. Alors, mon chien a du être débarqué et embarqué sur la table à de nombreuses reprises ce qui n'est pas très convenable pour un chien anxieux. De plus, je ne peux pas affirmer que je suis satisfaite de la coupe réalisée ... Bref, je n'y retournerai certainement pas. J'espère que je suis seulement tombée sur une mauvaise journée.
