★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the BEST HAIRCUT EXPERIENCE I have had in my 9 years of living in Montreal. In the past I've had nothing but rude receptionists/salon owners, impatient stylists, unflattering shapes, burnt ears/neck & overpriced cuts since I moved here.
~3 wks ago I got an amazing haircut from Sabrina- what really impressed me was how well she listened to my hair routine & asked me before using products in my hair, since I tend to avoid blowdrying, overshampooing & products containing alcohol/plastics/etc since I have fine & super-dry yet frizzy red hair. I felt so comfortable & confident that she would do a great job, and she did! It looks great curly, straight, pinned up, braided, and oh-so-easy to do before work!
Kudos as well to the sweet receptionist! It was an early appointment, so I was definitely still a little asleep, but she welcomed me very warmly & with a smile, helped me stash my winter gear, and gave me the most AMAZING cup of coffee while I was waiting for my turn.
There was absolutely NO judgmental attitude or pretentiousness to this place, everyone was chill, friendly, enjoying their work & jamming to some great tunes.
Thanks alleviating my salon anxiety! See you in 6 months, Oblic Villeray!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chloé has been my hairdresser and friend for almost 9 years and I won't ever leave her. Aside from being a lovely person she extremely talented in her job. She teaches you and gives you advice for whatever you need related to your hair. My whole family goes to see her. I am very proud of her, now that she has her own salon. The place is clean, beautiful and you definetely feel at home. All the staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $156+/- was my expected price from black to grey. In 4hrs without much hair having to cut off. And it was! Highly recommend! Just scared of how much ill have to pay monthly for a grey retouch though it will probably be in an affordable range. Ask for Patricia tho hahah she's amazing! I'll be going for a while now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a hair salon as happy as I left Oblic. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, the cafe latte is prize-worthy and Valerie's work is above expectations. I only had to tell her once what I wanted done with my hair and the results left me extremely pleased and giddy ☺️. The salon's vibe is friendly and modern and the prices are affordable. I really got embarrassed. The first time I got there they got Into a argument with another client and then they went on me.
