J'ai été pour me faire décolore la racine, elle a fait des tâches de bleach sur le côté de ma tête brune, c'étais jaune roux et elle m'a laissé sortir comme ça. Elle dit qu'elle charge 50$ et finalement ça me coûte 91$... N'a pas vérifié si le bleach me brûlait la tête a aucun moment ( j'ai des gale dans le fond de la tête maintenant). Elle dit que ses produits son sans amoniaque, mais c'est pas parce que c'est sans amoniaque qu'il n'y a pas de produits chimique. La couleur grise a très bien sorti par exemple, c'est pour ça que je ne lui donne pas a 1 étoile, mais n'y aller pas pour du travail minutieux!!! She does a good job, but without worry of detail. I was fading the root, she bleached on the side of my brown head, it was red and she let me out like that. She says she charges $ 50 and finally it costs me $ 91 ... Did not check if the bleach was burning my head at any time (I have scabies in the back of the head now). She says her products are ammonia-free, but it's not because it's ammonia-free that there are no chemicals. The gray color has come out very well for example, that's why I do not give it a 1 star, but do not go for a lot of work!

Il y a plus de trois mois, elle s’est présentée au salon Carmen dans le but de la décoloration de ses cheveux et a exigée d’utiliser les produits de la pharmacie moins chers plutôt que des produits reconnus du salon. J’ai au préalable avertis la cliente que je ne sais travailler qu’avec des produits professionnels. Je lui est donnée conseils à ce sujet et affirmée que je ne ferais que - Appliquer - ce que la Madame va acheter à la pharmacie. Malgré tout, la cliente est sortie pour acheter le produit de la pharmacie en face (le décolorant) et une fois arrivée au salon je l’es avertie que elle va être responsable de sa décision, et que le résultat ne pourras être à la hauteur de ces attentes. La cliente à des cheveux qui sont très courts et crépus, ce qui rends l’application du produit plus complexe et difficile à travailler. Je n’ai fais qu’appliquer le produit. Résultat: des cheveux éclaircis jaunes au lieu de rester noirs Couleur uniforme ou non, c’est la responsabilité de la cliente qui a choisi a tort le produit de la pharmacie le moins cher. Veuillez savoir que nous traitons toujours notre clientèle avec le plus grand respect. J’ai calmement expliqué à la cliente les risques que comportait cette décoloration, sans ne jamais lui est manquer de respect. Soyez toujours bienvenue au salon Carmen. More than three months ago, she showed up at the Carmen Salon for hair discoloration and demanded to use cheaper pharmacy products rather than salon-recognized products. I first warned the client that I only work with professional products. I'm given advice on this and stated that I would only - Apply - what the lady will buy at the pharmacy. Nevertheless, the client is out to buy the product of the pharmacy in front (the bleach) and once arrived at the show I am warned that it will be responsible for its decision, and that the result will not be up to of these expectations. The client has hair that is very short and frizzy, which makes the application of the product more complex and difficult to work. I just applied the product. Result: yellow thinning hair instead of staying black Uniform color or not, it is the responsibility of the client who wrongly chose the product of the cheapest pharmacy. Please know that we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. I calmly explained to the client the risks involved in this discoloration, without ever being disrespectful to her. C	Carmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myriam est excellente comme coiffeuse et coloriste. Je suis très satisfaite de son travail. Elle a fait des mèches exactement comme je lui ai demandé. Certainement je vais retourner chez elle !! Myriam is excellent as a hairdresser and colorist. I am very satisfied with his work. She made lashes exactly as I asked her. Certainly I'm going back home !!
Z	Zineb Harra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the one called Myriam, she did highlights on my hair last weekend and it looked awful. She coloured my hair darker than my natural colour and put streaky/ dispersed light blond highlights. If you google bad chunky blond highlights, you'll find a picture that looks exactly like my hair was. It litteraly looked like a had grey hair. My mom went back with me to ask her to darken the highlights and she started screaming at my mom defending her work. And it cost me 175$. The worst experience ever, AVOID AT ALL COST.
