J'ai demandĂ© un ombrĂ© BLOND et me suis retrouvĂ© avec 3 tons de orange, du gris et un espĂšce de blond platine sur la longueur presque totale de mes cheveux. Le fond de ma tĂȘte avait des spots de noir et d'orange comme si la coiffeuse (que je ne vait pas mentionner le nom par principe) avait aveuglĂ©ment jouĂ©e Ă la roulette Russe avec le bleach. Juste mentionner que mes cheveux Ă la base avait un balayage de brun foncĂ© Ă caramel, alors le bout Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ pĂąle, donc facilement dĂ©colorable. Le tout a durĂ© Ă peu prĂšs 1h30-2h, pour me faire charger au final un 180$ + 45$ pour un shampooing (qui m'a presque Ă©tĂ© forcĂ© d'acheter). 225$ pour ruiner des cheveux long et en santĂ©. Je suis arrivĂ©e Ă la maison presqu'en sanglots. Le lendemain matin, aprĂšs une trentaine de minutes au tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă appeler des salons multiples, jai rĂ©ussi Ă prendre un rdv au centre-ville en pm. DEUX coloriste ont examinĂ© mes cheveux avec horreur et confusion, pour me dire qu'arranger tout ça allait au moin me coĂ»ter 250$ minimum.
Je me suis retrouvĂ© Ă payer en tout et partout, 550$ pour un simple ombrĂ©. Si je pouvais, je ne donnerais aucune Ă©toile Ă ce salon de coiffure. Ils m'ont non seulement scrapĂ© complĂštement la tĂȘte, mais ont eu le culot de me laisser sortir sans dire un mot, et prĂ©tendre que le rĂ©sultat final avait de l'allure.
This salon has completely ruined my hair. I asked for a BLOND shadowed and found myself with 3 shades of orange, some gray and some platinum blonde on the almost total length of my hair. The back of my head had spots of black and orange as if the hairdresser (which I did not mention the name in principle) had blindly played Russian roulette with the bleach. Just to mention that my hair at the base had a dark brown caramel sweep, so the tip was already pale, so easily decolorable. The whole thing lasted about 1h30-2h, to make me finally charge a $ 180 + $ 45 for a shampoo (which was almost forced me to buy). $ 225 to ruin long and healthy hair. I arrived home almost in tears. The next morning, after about thirty minutes on the phone calling multiple lounges, I managed to take an appointment downtown in pm. TWO colourists examined my hair with horror and confusion, to tell me that arranging all that was going to cost me at least $ 250 minimum.
I found myself paying in everything and everywhere, $ 550 for a simple shaded. If I could, I would not give any star to this hair salon. They not only scraped my head completely, but had the nerve to let me out without saying a word, and pretend that the end result was looking good.
