A	Anda Berkioun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On ne respecte pas les programmations, j'ai attendu 40 minutes, on m'a complètement oubliée et la coiffeuse a pris quelqu'un qui était arrivé après moi (je l'ai même vu dans leur cahier de rendez-vous). Révoltée, je l'ai abordée et elle m'a répondu que je devais encore attendre au moins 40 minutes, en d'autres mots on m'a invitée de partir, car attendre 2 heures était inacceptable. Alors qu'elle aurait pu me dire au téléphone qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour ce jour-là et je l'aurais compris, je n'aurais pas quitté mon travail plus tôt pour rien. En plus, aucun mot d'excuse, au moins elle aurait pu dire qu'elle était désolée, mais non, cela n'existe pas dans leur vocabulaire. Au contraire, elle me traite de menteuse dans sa réponse à mon commentaire négatif sur leur page facebook, alors que si elle avait réconnu son erreur, j'aurais même retiré mon commentaire. Je n'ai jamais vu de telles manières envers les clients. Manque de professionnalisme, salon à éviter! We do not respect the schedules, I waited 40 minutes, I was completely forgotten and the hairdresser took someone who had arrived after me (I even saw it in their appointment book). Revolted, I approached her and she replied that I still had to wait at least 40 minutes, in other words I was invited to leave, because waiting 2 hours was unacceptable. While she could have told me on the phone that there was no room for that day and I would have understood it, I would not have quit my job sooner for nothing. Besides, no apology, at least she could have said she was sorry, but no, that doesn't exist in their vocabulary. On the contrary, she calls me a liar in her response to my negative comment on their facebook page, whereas if she had admitted her mistake, I would have even removed my comment. I have never seen such manners towards customers. Lack of professionalism, salon to be avoided!
