★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 10 stars! We love a lot of restaurants but this is by far our favorite. My husband and I come here for all of our special occasion dinners. We know we’re always going to have the best tasting food, wine and most of all amazing service. They have long term, very friendly staff. Their view is to die for and the atmosphere is welcoming and romantic.

Go there for the view, drinks and service. We all ordered a fish dish, salmon, salmon trio, halibut special, and all were overcooked. There’s no excuse for this as a place that specializes in fish. The service was fantastic however, and so was the view and the drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company did their Christmas dinner here last night. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic and the views were awesome. We had an incredible night and enjoyed a 4 course menu that delighted all night.

The food was decent but it could have been so much better. I ordered a salmon, it was good it wasn’t something that makes me wow. Compare to other higher quality restaurants I would say this place is a bit pricey. For the two of us the total came to $120 which I think is a high number for such food or better say for sea food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like an upscale Red Lobster with an incredible view. The place could be updated, but I feel like the older decor gives this building some nostalgia with some of their customers. Cocktails aren't great and could easily be changed, but you pay for the ambience, view and the seafood! I wouldn't go back right away nor would it be my first recommendation to anyone. However, if you have $100 and want dinner with a view and a glass of wine, I'd put it on your list!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salmon House is very classy, known for its view of English Bay, and, serves exquisite seafood based meals. I had the Salmon Trio with Shrimp Risotto and it was perfection. Great for special occasions..or just a memorable time! Bon appetite!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend invited me to this spectacular place.We sat at a table by the window when it was a unique view. The food was very good and the service was excellent. If you want to get away from the city and and go to a magical place, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I visited Salmon House on the Hill for the first time for our second Valentine’s together. The atmosphere and view were both spot on. Not too fancy and the right amount of comfortable. The view was spectacular as well. Just wish we had been seated at one of the window tables! The food was great and the service excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a date night. Try to get seating by the window and try to go when the sun is setting!
