I have changed my rating because I have been trying to call for 2 days to make an appointment and had to call from a different phone number to have my call answered (my business phone, I called immediately after trying to call twice from my personal phone attached to my file) Not okay, this is medical care, not high school ladies. You can't deny someone medical care because they've told you to do your job or that it's stupid that the clinic is at full capacity by 4:00p.m. That is not a personal attack and does not warrant screening my calls or blocking my phone number. I've gone to this clinic for about 3 years now, The doctors are knowledgeable, respectful and happy to help. We were lucky enough to get Dr.Stearn as our family doctor when our daughter was born and are we ever glad! It feels like going to see a good friend when we have an appointment with him. He always listens and never dismisses our concerns. He has given so much support and knowledge to me with breastfeeding and PPD. He takes the time to really care for his patients and makes such a big difference. We couldn't appreciate him more! Dr. Julie Hernberger at their specialty clinic also deserves a shout out for being soo amazing, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine having another doctor care for me through my pregnancies.

Dr Beshara is such a champ doctor. He is super friendly and efficient. And Vivian is sweet, she is a master in her works and explained everything in details. Staff is also helpful...

Tried to call and say I would be a few minutes behind, nobody answered. When I get there 5 min late my appointment had been canceled as a no show. Good thing we don't come to a doc's office to get help or anything.

I came here today to get a referral to a gynaecologist to which the Dr. replied “you’re a lady though right?” as if I’m unsure of my own body parts. Also tried to get a referral for something else to which he responded “that’s not my job.” He didn’t even refer me to a gynaecologist, just told me that a woman doctor from their clinic will be setting me up with my birth control. Which is 1/5 of the reason I need to see a gynaecologist, which I explained. So I went in for 2 referrals and left with absolutely nothing except an hour wasted in the waiting room. I only started coming here because Dr. Stearn moved, but he is completely inaccessible to the general public now. I have been coming here since the clinic opened but after today I will not be returning

I’ve been fighting to write this for about 2 years now… I just want to say Dr. HernBerger is amazing, she’s a great family doctor to have. She listens and hears you, but also respects her patients. She is why I’ve stuck around and transferring myself and daughter, giving up our family doctor in another city whom I had a great relationship with the staff and him. It’s unfortunate that the staff is not the best. They do not say “Hi” when a patient wants in, there is usually a couple girls and sometimes 1-2 are on the phone, which they won’t even look up to acknowledge you.. Today, I had blood work in a different town, unfortunately my paperwork must have fallen out of my purse so I called to have them fax it. 1st Girl: yes, bloodwork for gestational diabetes from May 10, I’ll send. (Great! Thank you) the paperwork didn’t come through for 13 mins so I called just to confirm. 2nd girl: that test req doesn’t exist. I’ll see who you spoke too. Then it’s I’ll message Dr. H to send over, after telling her I’m at the office waiting. She then decides to place me on hold for 15 minutes. Then again when I bounce back to her I get a “please hold”. She comes back and asks for my phone number and name. I explain that she has just placed me on hold to send a message to Dr. H - she says she never did this… So I was on hold for no reason. At this point I could have packed my toddler back into my car and driven home to find my paperwork and back. she then proceeds to apologize that the other girl who said she faxed it. I again ask 5 mins into that convo if shes messaged Dr. H? She replies no. So after waiting around 40 minutes after my appointment, I’m left with no help from reception, confusion on where my test reqs went since they had the others plus my referral from last visit. And told she was doing everything to help when in fact I was placed on hold for 15 minutes for her not to do what she said she would do to help. Is it my fault that my paper work fell out? Yes, I should have confirmed before driving to another town. Is it unprofessional to tell a patient you’ll help them and just place them on hold to not even send the message? Yes. 2 hours after my appointment and they call to say they tracked down my reqs for me asking if I’d like them faxed and apologize (which is the first time they’ve apologized so for that, I do appreciate it) Another time, I was driving in from Calgary with a sick toddler and told walk in was open, to arrive 2 hours later and be told that clinic was full and if I was placed on a list? Which I was never informed of when I told the girl I’d be driving from Calgary to have my kid seen to be sent away without even an apology. They do not communicate properly. I’ve been extremely stressed this pregnancy and having a doctors office who misplaces my paperwork, doesn’t understand when I need to see my doctor and tells me 3+ weeks to wait and has no sympathy for their patients at all makes it very hard to want to come see her.

I used walk-in services for a knee injury and received prompt and professional care from start to finish. Office staff was kind and reassuring; Dr. McKnight was accomodating and careful as he mended my knee. Thank you so much. I do appreciate your kind attention. Janice Findlay

Before my previous experience, I enjoyed this clinic. Dr Zawar’s wonderful and she made me feel heard and that she cared about what was going on with me. Although, my last visit has been anything but. I went in as a walk in and was placed with Dr Tehsin. I left my appointment with her feeling very uncomfortable and let down. She seemed to be uninterested in what I had to say or to even help me. I continued to ask questions but I could sense she wanted me out of there. I get a rec for an ultrasound and attend that appointment. Two weeks goes by and I call the Dr office to see if my results are back. The initial call I get told she hasn’t even looked at them. My second call which was today I am told I can’t get my results unless I come in as a walk in. I’ve been anxious and upset over all of this. I just want answers and to be helped by some professionals. Very disappointed.

I got to the clinic around 1:30pm, I was a walk in but there were only 7 people in the waiting room, it's been an hour and a half and I'm still here sitting in the waiting room. I'm not happy and after my appointment I will not be returning to this clinic. Update: I waited nearly 2 and a half hours before deciding to walk out. Never going to this clinic, they do not value your time, I understand being at capacity for walk ins and appointments but maybe let the walk ins know that they'll be waiting 3 hours. Not like I wanted to go in and get antidepressants or anything
