L	Lucy Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my last checkup today and I felt sad leaving the clinic as I'd really come to enjoy my midwifery experience. Both my midwives Carolynn and Ozra were extremely knowledgeable and always took extra time in our appointments to answer the list of questions I'd put together (especially being a first time mom). For the actual birth, I ended up having to be induced therefore the care was transferred to the OB however Ozra was at the hospital for another delivery and made a point to drop by and see how I was doing and how the baby was latching. The home visits after the delivery were extremely appreciated and I was able to ask questions and feel assured about how things were going especially around breastfeeding. The admin staff and midwifery student there were all amazing as well. For my first in person visit post delivery, my baby was crying and I was struggling to put on all her layers and get her in the car seat. Laura from admin walked right over and helped me put baby's coat on and get her into the car seat like a pro. I realize this is a long review however I wanted to give specific examples of how the care was above and beyond what I was expecting and if you're thinking of midwifery care, definitely know you're in good hands :).

I have had both my children with them- after my first experience with my son, I knew I would never want to be in a different care setting while pregnant. The office staff is warm and welcoming- always available and willing to help and chat. I had Katrin as a midwife for both of my babies. She was fantastic. So calm and reassuring; especially for someone like me who has white coat syndrome. Katrin provided me with care for one ‘normal’ pregnancy and deliver and one during the beginning covid lockdown. Both times, she was an absolute star. She most definitely has found her calling in life! I also had the pleasure of getting to know Ozra as a midwife. She delivered my daughter (alone as she came very quickly) and I couldn’t be luckier to have her by my side. She took full control and knew exactly what to do to provide care for both myself and my daughter. She is friendly, calm and exactly what I needed to get me through such a fast delivery. For anyone debating going with an OB or a midwife team- I cannot recommend these ladies enough!

My midwives made me feel safe and all my concerns were met with calm reassurance. I will definitely be returning with my future pregnancies.

I really only had experiences with Cara and Claudette, and had a home birth with each. I found both to be encouraging and supportive, and patient with all my questioning. Both experiences were positive and I had two amazing birth experiences. I would recommend this clinic and just say voice any questions, concerns or what is important to you.

I had an OB, and mentioned wanting mid-wife care postpartum, so she put me in touch with Sage-Femmes. They were available for questions and checked in on me prior to birth, and when I went into the hospital for labour they called and checked in, giving advice and letting me know what to expect as my labour progressed. Their postpartum care was everything I could have hoped for - letting me know what to keep an eye on, what not to stress about, and coming to my home which was AMAZING 3 days after birth. So so happy I had them on my team.

Having gone with an OB for my first child and now choosing to go with a midwife for my second, I definitely see the difference in care. My midwives were Donna and Laura. Both of them were very informative, supportive and caring throughout the entire pregnancy and delivery. I did a lot of research before choosing to go with a midwife, and I do not regret it. Highly recommend them.

They went out of their way to identify my priorities and supported my choices throughout the process. They are extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my questions. I was incredibly impressed with how well they collaborated with the hospital staff (OBs and nurses). I ended up being transferred to an OB for my first and had a quick consult with an OB for my second and felt they worked together so well to provide me with the best care I needed at the time. Lastly - their visits to support me at home following my birth brought me SO much peace of mind. Laura and Margaret were always so efficient and helpful and always greeted me with so much kindness. I am forever grateful to this team and would highly recommend them.
A	AISHA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad I made the decision to try Midwifery care for my 1st child! The Admin staff, Margaret and Laura, always had welcoming faces upon entering the clinic. They are also extremely prompt with answering e-mails and calls and following up with any concerns or questions I had. My midwives Tasha and Claudette were absolutely amazing! I had an extremely hard pregnancy and during that time my Midwives were also consulting with an OB to ensure optimal health for baby! Although I did have to have an emergency induction and have to be transferred to the care of the on call OBGYN for delivery, the pre and post care provided by my midwives was beautiful! Even with the Pandemic and strict protocols, I was grateful for all the home visits by Claudette! Thank you times infinity for such a pleasant experience and I look forward to future pregnancies with Sage-Femme!
