★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, decent food selection that is usually in stock. Some of the fruit can be a little on the not-so-fresh side, however I imagine that's more of a problem of it being imported from the states and Mexico rather than the store itself.

The lady in the produce section helped me find exactly what I was looking for!
Emily at the check out was so nice in the express lane!
Shelves are normally well stocked, except when they are switching their product to the sobeys items! And moving stuff but if you can’t find something I’d be sure to ask! It’s too bad the deli has such short hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor selection of produce. Quality of produce was hit and miss... Not much better selection on meat! Lines were 10 minute wait-- someone called for the backup cashier but no one responded. . . Ongoing lack of meeting customers needs eg flyer items are never at hand unless you are first thru the door... Safeway is a grocery store not a store putting on a Black Friday type sale--either have the items you advertise on sale or don't send out fliers to bait people in!
