Not only did Fenella thoroughly review the size and cost of various units, she took me to a unit so I could envision whether my needs could be met. She also sought out a unit close to the unit I was already renting for convenience sake. I truly appreciate her friendly demeanour and accommodating nature. Dealing with Fenella has made me a repeat Safe Storage customer.

The process to get the unit with was easy and quick and Fenella and Mark were both very friendly and helpful in the process of closing the account. A quick look inside and a sign off on paperwork was all it took, no hidden costs. The grounds were always clean, it felt safe, and it was convenient to load and unload on the various trips we took back and forth. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept my belongings at Safe Storage for 7 months with no issue. Signed up at a time where I was able to get 4 weeks free (1 free month of the 7) and purchased a lock on site to secure the storage room door.
Sign up was easy and access to the facility is 24/7 via keypad and gate. When it was time to leave, Cheryl White was very helpful in swiftly closing off the account and doing a final check of the room to wrap things up. I was even able to get a partial refund for the last month since I left a bit early.
Overall, a thoroughly pleasant experience. Would definitely use Safe Storage again in the future!!!
