Best shawarma in the neighborhood! Full of veggies and flavors. Cooks are amazingly sweet. Definitely recommend!

Employee wearing mask, but has it pulled all the way down while working at the grill, assembling food, talking to customers, the whole time. Only one employee working lunch rush - not fair to the employee or customers. Very long wait. Reply to owner: Understood, and I have removed the photo. However, what I "hate you thinking is ok" is that being vaccinated is enough to protect your customers. You have no idea who is coming into your store, their vaccination status, or whether or not they are immunocompromised. There are very good reasons why it is still legally mandated to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth indoors. Your employee put your customers' lives at risk. It's hot by the grill. I get it. I really do. I've done everything in a mask for the last nearly 2 years, including work my own physically demanding, sweaty job and work out. We all want this nightmare to be over. But incidents like this are what keep this going. We all gotta be on the same team, dude. Also, the restaurant was not too busy, it was actually rather slow. 5 customers on a lunch rush? Please. But it is clear that you need at least a second employee working rush, as the one you had could not keep up. Manage better. Food was passable. Not worth the health risk or the bad management.

Worst Customer service of all time. The first time we went the shawarma's were delicious. Best one around. The next time we tried the veal sandwich. Fries were super crispy. They put a tonne of meat on it. However everytime we went we got a different order. We told them how we wanted our shawarma's dressed but still gets it incorrect. Same with the veal sandwich. We have yet to get the same order twice. We even told her clearly how we wanted our sandwich dressed. We asked for no jalapeno and got jalapenos on them. She never asked us how we wanted our shawarma's dressed either. It's simple common sense. Also, how are we required to wear a mask and she isn't? We went there again when the man was there. We were sitting on the stools waiting for our food to be prepared but then we notice the lady washing her foot in the sink next to the fry vat, then she switched over to her other foot?. Then went back to work as if nothing happened ??

Come here all the time for the 2-$10 chicken shwarma deal! I love the food I can't go wrong especially for the price! Only wished worker wore masks more often. Other then that im happy with the food and their overall service! Very nice people who make good reasonably priced food !

Finding a spot for excellent tasting shawarmas in Toronto has been a Herculean task. I have tried so many different places (mostly Downtown) and who knew there is actually a spot just walking distance from me which I never noticed before. Goes to show to never underestimate local spots! You never know what you’ll find. Shawarma is always prepared right, crisp and savoury with the right level of spice. Staff who always prepares my shawarmas is friendly and nice and she’s a hard worker too! Please support this store especially now that there is ongoing construction in the area which affects foot traffic.

Absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant. I don't like leaving negative reviews unless absolutely warranted but this place deserves it. Ordered their buy one, get one free rotisserie chicken + chicken kofta platters. Not only did they send the wrong order (chicken shawarma platter) but the quantity of chicken on the platter was downright laughable and above all, the food was not fresh. Chicken and rice were stale, hard and seemed more like left overs from the day before. Fries were soggy. But that wasn't the end of it, the food did not taste good and gave me stomach discomfort and the runs. Have been to the washroom several times and still going. The best part, only had a few bites before I threw it. God knows what would have happened had I actually finished my food. Would not recommend, at all.
