★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad was looking for a lawyer for his particular case and got a call back after leaving his information. The lawyer who called back was extremely condescending and beyond unprofessional, cutting him off on the phone and even said to my dad: do you have 4k to pay me upfront for federal court before even listening to any of the details. Keep in mind the conversation didn't last over 3 minutes and the lawyer ended up cutting the line, without even saying bye. From the start, he was extremely rude and to this day, I'm still trying to understand why, as we were potential clients. When someone is looking for a lawyer they're usually seeking advice and someone who can understand the issue, not someone who will make them feel belittled like we did. We ended up finding another lawyer at another firm and we're meeting next week, but this could've been more business for your firm if the lawyer on the phone wasn't disrespectful and condescending. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to feel "not good enough". By the way, I never ever leave bad reviews on businesses as my goal is to never hurt anyone, but rather uplift local businesses, so imagine how we felt for me to come on here and share our story ... Food for thoughts.
