Les demandes sur tablette ou téléphone sont extrêmement laborieuses

Très bon service
Good service before doing any digging work in his land, lots of documents are given and the person has spent time to identify the threads and even give me advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'utilise info-excavation souvent dans le cadre de mon travail. Le service est suffisant pour donner des informations très générales pour des particuliers de niveau résidentiel. Je trouve que le service donné n'est pas à la hauteur de travaux de niveau municipal. Info-Excavation donne son numéro de téléphone pour les questions qu'on peut avoir. Lorsque j'utilise ce numéro, c'est plutôt rare que je conclu un appel avec la satisfaction d'avoir la réponse à ma question. C'est déjà arrivé que je me fasse racrocher au nez. Je suis aussi tombée plusieurs fois sur des personnes désagréables (qui faisaient des commentaires sarcastiques, qui insinuaient que mes questions étaient niaiseuses, qui soupiraient d'exaspération). Le moins qu'on puisse faire quand on arrive pas à répondre à quelqu'un, c'est de le rediriger vers la bonne ressource. Bref, très mauvais service à la clientèle.
I often use info-excavation in my work. The service is sufficient to provide very general information for residential level individuals. I find that the service given is not up to the level of work at the municipal level. Info-Excavation gives its phone number for any questions you may have. When I use this number, it is rather rare that I conclude a call with the satisfaction of having the answer to my question. It's happened before that I got hung up on. I also ran into rude people several times (who made sarcastic comments, who insinuated that my questions were silly, who sighed in exasperation). The least we can do when we can't answer someone is to redirect them to the right resource. Overall, very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The site is nearly impossible to navigate. Fields gre out without indication why. Even the tutorial located on the website on how to use it is unhelpful. Yikes, screams of an enterprise level website designed by developpers. Not a good look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst website I've come across. Makes web 2.0 look state of the art. You can tell the annual budget for this place is the change left over from buying coffee. I almost rather get electrocuted by burried lines than have to navigate Info Ex... Its less painful I'm sure.
