Apres avoir attendu en file pendant 30 minutes, pour se faire dire qu'il n'aurait pas le temps de nous passer et de s'en aller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service à cette location est déplorable. Les heures d’ouvertures sont très limitées et l’attente est extrêmement longue puisqu’il n’y a qu’un seul commis disponible. Pas capable d’appeler au téléphone non plus. Assez décevant.
 The service at this rental is deplorable. The opening hours are very limited and the wait is extremely long since there is only one clerk available. Not able to call on the phone either. Quite disappointing.

Ce service est essentiel alors vivement un changement de garde ou une plus grande possibilité de transactions par internet afin de ne plus avoir à subir ce mandataire.
Opening hours are extremely limited, not to mention the ridiculous closing times during the day. The service, politeness and friendliness of the clerks are deplorable. This service is essential so strongly a change of custody or a greater possibility of internet transactions in order to no longer have to undergo this agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time was really long and the agent didn't know what he was talking about, bought a new véhicule to have plates and all he kept asking for was à NIP that was supposed to be on my finance papers which has nothing to do with plating, went to Sherbrooke the following day and they also didn't understand what he wanted
