โ โ โ โ โ I love the design of the backpack however within a month of purchasing the zipper began fraying then promptly broke. I contacted the company directly but was told that since I bought the backpack from a store rather than directly from them there was nothing they could do. Honestly I am very disappointed because I like to support local products and for the price of the bag I had expected it to last longer than cheap bags.
