★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invested back in 2007 in the Fort Sask industrial park parcels. No updates, not sure who manages the land even, not collecting any money from it being rented out (farm land.) Anyone else affected by this, we should start a class action law suit and get things in our control. email me at [email protected] Cheers

Nothing since then. . 1) Web site says new update 2018... that did not happen. 2) get a yearly email that says nothing and has nothing but links to "netherlands". 3) Was a supposed "initial cash investment release" sent on one property investment to which less than 50% of investors responded too which leads me to believe the whole thing was either bunk or not pursued diligently. 4) Asked them many times to correct the GST account they put on my wife. Hasn't happened and I have to file every quarter... pain in the a$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have commenced with an investigation concerning the 100% lack of communications from this corporation. My wife and I invested in their Fort Saskatchewan Vista Estates III back in 2005 and are highly concerned that we have and will lose our investment of $40K. We have reached out numerous times and even attempted to visit their office location. We will be amplifying our concerns and investigations over the next few weeks. More to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware...Do NOT invest with this company. Company has repeatedly lied to people who have invested their monies with promises of return. Multiple people have been waiting for YEARS for return. No response from company. So S&D???? when do you plan to be honest and return people's monies that are owed???
