Rycal Properties is a family-run company operating boutique-styled apartments since 1992. We promise to our residents, that our team at Rycal is dedicated to providing a worry-free environment and helping you achieve a nurturing home to come home to. With superb locations, our apartments feature thoughtfully selected luxury finishes to make it feel more like home.
Our rental philosophy, which has been from the start, is to maintain our complexes to the standard as we would live in them. Your Home should be your Happy Place ! We treat each of our rental complexes as we treat our home.
In Edmonton, our residents are within walking distance to downtown, its financial district and have all the conveniences at their doorstep. This includes groceries, a promising selection for dining, cafes, banking, fitness centers, floral boutiques, beauty salons, and more. Much of which is housed by a major shopping centre conveniently located across the street from our buildings, Fountaine Blue and Parkview Place. The locations are so convenient that most of our residents can live without owning a car. Additionally, if you're a hockey fan, support the Edmonton Oilers, only an 8-minute walk to Roger's centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have terrible properties. They rented me a unit and failed to tell me it was next to exhaust vent to the parking garage next door—which ran loud all summer. I ended my lease and was supposed to pay some sort of balance. That never came in the mail. Now it went to collections and destroyed my credit. Think twice about Rycal. I can't stress that enough.

Sydney and Michael are very lovely people to communicate with and very helpful. Got the pleasure of checking out their other buildings as well. Great quality for a very good price. Definitely a must see!

I’ve rented in two of their properties and with both units they made it worth my while. This included being reasonable with rental rates, offering incentives, and giving the suites very nice upgrades before I moved in. After loosing employment from Covid, the management team was there to help me find a solution that fit my budget and I will always be thankful for that. Yes there are always hiccups and annoying things that can happen being a renter, but those can easily be pushed aside when considering what the company is willing to do for their tenant’s best interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say the new management is professional, responsive and they listen and take action immediately whenever I have an issue within the apartment. They are friendly and respectful. The maintenance stays on top of everything. The building is in a convenient neighbourhood and I’m able to walk to many different stores and even the river valley. I also appreciate that they have allowed pets. They have also been accommodating with a month to month lease for me for about 3 years. If you are looking for great management and a great neighbourhood then look no further!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do I add more stars than 5? I cannot say enough good things about Rycal. From the first meeting I had with Lisa, I felt at ease and that she understood my needs in a home. They were happy to work with me to ensure the timing for my move in worked for me and for them, and I moved into a freshly renovated suite that I LOVE. The finishes are perfect, everything works well, and everyone who comes over says it's beautiful.
The biggest thing for me is the communication though. The entire building is incredibly well maintained and that's clear from the moment you walk in. But even when I have had issues (incredibly minor) with my unit, response time has been same-day and any issue is addressed quickly and professionally. I can't wait to continue living here for a long time and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
