I’ve worked with Ryan on two house purchases and he’s amazing. He obviously enjoys what he does because he works incredibly hard at finding the best deals for his clients and makes sure you’re comfortable along the way, and always with a smile and kind word. I highly recommend hiring him for your mortgage needs. When I first met Ryan, I’d never worked with a mortgage broker before, (I’d only dealt with banks directly), so I had no idea what to expect, but he was so friendly and knowledgeable I knew immediately I’d made the right choice. Ryan was there for me the whole time explaining everything in terms I understood. I learned more from him about the process of mortgages than from anybody else I’d dealt with in the past. Recently I decided to sell and relocate to a different city, and I asked Ryan if he’d consider working with me virtually and he accepted. I was now trying to buy a house in a seller’s market, and if you’ve had any experience in this, you’ll know that it’s anything but normal! It’s highly competitive, aggressive, and stressful, and you get one chance to look before making your decision to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. Whether you win or lose the bid depends on how much over asking you’re going to offer – and you’re going against 15 – 20 other hopeful buyers, so those numbers have to be tight. Therefore, I needed to know exactly how much I could get from lenders as I wrote each offer. As before, Ryan was there for me the whole time, crunching numbers over and over again for me as the amounts I needed increased, and he did it all with a calm approach that made me know I was in good hands. I’d fire off a text or email to him, and when he sensed my stress, he’d call to offer sound information. He was always professional, positive, and encouraging. At times I think he was more my therapist than mortgage broker! Finally, we won a bid, and Ryan continued to be there the entire time for me — even when I sent a text from the bank with questions! I know Ryan will be there for me during my entire mortgage, and if my situation changes again, he’s on my list to call to move forward. If you are looking for a mortgage broker, I highly recommend Ryan. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and completely understands the stress buyers are under. In this extremely stressful market, he has the ability to put things into perspective and take the worry out, and he does it all with a smile, a kind, calm attitude, and a willingness to give you a great experience. He is super easy and understand to work with and will always find a way to make things work for you.
