She helped out all along the way and was always available to us. My husband and I were in 2 different cities while purchasing which made it quite difficult at times but Kim was right there to help. My husband and I both work full-time and have a very active toddler, and I loved that she replied to my emails during evenings and weekends as well as came to our house to sign all the necessary paperwork.

Kim was able to provide us with the lowest rate we could find and worked around our busy schedules and was free to answerer our questions any time. We wouldn't use anyone else when it came to mortgage or refinance.

Always available for questions, returned calls/emails promptly and we always felt she was working for us not the bank.
Very much the professional and excellent at her job. We are very satisfied and would recommend her anytime.

As first time homebuyers living in a small town, Kim took the time to answer all of our questions and got us through our first experience explaining everything to put us at ease. Even though I moved to the west coast I couldn’t help but call her again when we were thinking of refinancing. Once again Kim provided top notch service and got us what we were hoping for!
