★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a telephone appointment @ 1045. When I hadn't heard anything I called @ 1100 as the office was open. I called but I was prompted to a voicemail where I was directed to call a different phone number. I called the number listed and left a message. A few minutes later I got a phone call from someone I can only assume was Ryan stating "uhhhh, ya did you just call me" and he sounded half asleep. I told him why I called but since he was stumbling through what to say and sounded half asleep I said I would pass on his services due to the unprofessionalism, he then proceeded to hang up on me. Don't make weekend appointments if you have no intention on keeping them. Your clients time is equally as important as yours and I'm not thrilled that I waisted my morning dealing with this nonsense.
