★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are not knowledgeable with the products at all. You are essentially going in and looking for stuff for yourself and to be honest if you are going to have a suit section at least have an associate that knows the product and that can help you with the sizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to look for a suit sales person didn't even bother to help! Looked around and j saw few 40% off signs but wasn't sure what it was for and the sales lady was still at the cash just not being bothered ! I went up and finally asked if they applied to all and the response was no just selected items which again didn't bother to explain on which items so left and got my suit else wheres !

I were told they could cover the tailor fee of my suit as long as the purchase is over 300 dollars and recommended me the tailor close by. I did it and returned with the receipt, they then told me that my purchase must be at least 300 dollars BEFORE TAX and kept telling me that everybody working here knows it. Potentially claiming that this issue is on me and they cannot refund my tailor fee.
This was ridiculous. What did they do at the beginning? My purchase was already 280 dollars. It was not a problem for me to match 300 dollars before tax. They should have told me everything completely.
To sum up, I don't enjoy shopping there. They just lost more than one customer.
I give 2 stars just because at least the cloth advisor was polite during conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience buying dress pants today! The store was clean and well organized. Amanda was so helpful assuring me the dress pants looked good and were a professional style. Even gave me a tip to make sure I don't rip open the sewn pockets as they might bulge.
Hannah was also very kind and informative at the cash registered, as I didn't know if I signed up i would get an offer on my birthday! Looking forward to that!
