I was suggested here but when I phoned I was met with a very rude receptionist who was condescending. I felt stupid for not knowing some of the terms and flat out told me there was not enough time am they can’t help me. All other places I phoned after where apologetic for being overly busy and offered other places I should phone. I learnt later that everyone’s closing their purchases on the same day and it’s extremely busy. This receptionist could have handled this conversation so much better and calmer.

I am adding to the critique which I posted above after reading Miss Rutherford's response: Sadly Miss Rutherford is unable to handle criticism. Her level of professionalism is certainly in question after using my first name in her comment. This is a childish attempt to identify me, which is not only unprofessional, it's border line unethical. I double down on my initial comment after reading her response and seeing my name posted. Would you trust a notary who is in a position of trust when she publicly discloses a client's information?! Shame on you Ms Rutherford.
