He has experience in other fields that add to his knowledge and advice giving. Where possible he will arrange after hours service to assist you in difficult circumstances. He is also priced very fairly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using this notary for several transactions over the last 15 yrs I'd no longer recommend them for the sale of an outhouse. They rescheduled my appointment on half hrs notice knowing my mom was coming up from Courtenay and me and my wife own and run a small business that requires staff to be there in our absence. Irritating as that was we rescheduled for today also the day they themselves chose like the first interaction. We get there ahead of time to have them ask us what we're doing there and how can they help us as they have nothing prepared. Not only do they not apologize they just throw out excuses and take no accountability for them wasting our time on multiple occasions and costing us money in the process. If you need something done in a timely matter and don't like getting screwed over I'd strongly advise another notary.
