★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always find a good read that doesn't have to be an over rated new bestseller or cheesey book club pitch. Rather a whole lot of choices in good reads, bestsellers and interesting books you want to read. Also puzzles and greeting cards. Plan to spend some quality time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always available to help you find what you are looking for. They will order in books for you if they aren't in stock. I live close by, so I find myself spending too much money here, but I'm happy to be buying books from not from Amazon, and the prices are good. This is the favourite book store of myself and all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular place to buy books. Brings back the feel of the old Chapters when it was downtown. Multiple floors, clearly marked sections, with helpful and efficient staff. Great condition used books, and huge selection. It's the standard to which bookstores should aspire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love visiting their new location. The two levels are laid out in an appealing way and there is often someone nearby to assist you. It is spacious, their catalogue online is easy to order from and the store itself is very clean. I go at least twice a week because... it makes me happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what an amazing bookstore! When we walked in, we were shocked at how big and absolutely full of books this store is! We love the mix of used and new books. And we were blown away by the huge selection of graphic novels! So many books to explore. Definitely worth a visit!
