Even before arriving, I was asked to create a profile for myself, as well as fill in a questionnaire to get an idea of style, budget and size. I was also able to select all of the dresses I wanted to try on ahead of time, and Brooke had them all picked out and ready to go once I arrived. Brooke made my visit so enjoyable and comfortable. She was so lovely, so organized and so helpful! She made me feel very important and she asked me fantastic questions to help me figure out what I loved about my dress. I could tell how experienced Brooke was, as she gave plenty of wonderful advice and ideas, while also listening to everything my mom and my bridesmaids and I had to say. Thank you so much Brooke! I am still over the moon! :)

All of the ladies there are helpful and accommodating, and really have your best interest in mind. They have a great selection of size inclusive gowns and price ranges. I was very nervous about feeling overwhelmed with the entire process but Brooke was so helpful and kind. She was able to figure out my style very quickly and pulled amazing dresses. I booked my very first appointment to try on dresses at Runway, and Brooke (the owner and girl boss) helped me to select some options while getting an idea for what I liked. She was kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the changerooms are extremely spacious and bright. After having tried dresses on at a number of other boutiques, I can say without a doubt that Brooke is THE BEST at clipping a dress on securely so it looks like it is made to fit you when it most definitely is not. I visited again to try on a dress a second time, and a third time with my mom to try on mother of the brides dresses. Every time, Brooke and her staff have been stellar - so helpful, encouraging and accommodating. As an added bonus, the communication is top notch - email questionnaire to help best tailor the appointment to you and text updates about upcoming appointments were so helpful. A+. You won't be disappointed shopping at Runway for your dream gown.

While having no official role in an upcoming family wedding, the dress choice was not simple. I booked an appointment at Runway Bridal and came back two more times before making a final decision. At my first appointment with Brooke, she was knowledgeable, patient, and fun to be around. She made the overwhelming experience very easy and enjoyable! When I said I wanted some time to think about the dresses I tried on, she was not at all pushy and accommodated this without hesitation. During my second appointment, I worked with Ruby who was energetic and sweet. She helped me make the final choice and I couldn't be happier with my dress! Overall, my experience at Runway has been nothing but positive. They're professional, knowledgeable, have a range of products, and put your best interests first. I loved my experience!
